01 What Oglevel is

Oglevel is a content intelligence platform for the social media age. It exists to answer one question about any piece of content you are looking at: where did this come from, and where is it going?

The internet runs on trends — but trends are messy. By the time something reaches you, it is already a copy of a copy of a copy. Oglevel cuts through that: it watches what is gaining attention across the content world and shows you what is rising before it peaks.

02 Why we started

The name is the philosophy: OG — the original, the source, the insider who knew first. Level — the measure of it. Every piece of content on Oglevel gets an OG Level: a score of how original it is. A 100 means you are looking at the thing that started it all. A 5 means you are looking at the tenth generation of a repost.

Nobody else measures this. Oglevel turns "authenticity" from a feeling into a number — and lets you save any public content to your own device, because inspiration is useless if you cannot keep it.
