01 No physical shipping

Oglevel is a content intelligence platform for the social media age. It watches what is rising, scores how original it is with the OG Level, and saves what inspires you straight to your device.

Nothing is shipped physically. There are no couriers, no tracking numbers, no packaging, and no shipping or handling charges of any kind. All delivery happens electronically over the internet.

02 How delivery works

Once your payment is confirmed, delivery is automatic. Here is what happens:

You complete your purchase

Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider.

Your order is confirmed

We receive confirmation from the payment provider, normally within a few seconds.

Access is issued instantly

Your account is activated and your plan access is made available immediately.

You receive a confirmation email

Sent to the email address used at checkout, containing your receipt, account details, and getting-started instructions.

03 Delivery timeline

Standard delivery: immediateAccess is granted as soon as payment is confirmed, typically within a few seconds.

Confirmation email: within minutesIf it has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

Manual review: up to 24 hoursVery occasionally a payment is flagged for verification. In that case delivery completes within 24 hours of clearing.

Waitlist products: on launchIf you joined a waitlist rather than purchasing, you receive access when that product launches.

There are no delivery charges, and delivery speed does not vary by location.

04 What you receive

Depending on the product you buy, delivery includes some or all of the following:

Account access to activate your plan.
A download link for anything you save to your own device.
Plan access to the trend radar, OG Levels, and your saved library.
Getting-started guide explaining how to use the platform.
A receipt or invoice for your records.

05 If you did not receive access

If your payment went through but you have not received access, work through these steps:

Check the spam, junk, or promotions folder of the email address you used at checkout.
Confirm the email address you entered was correct and had no typos.
Check whether your email provider or company mail server is filtering our messages.
Sign in to your account, if you have one, and check your plan under your subscriptions.

Still nothing? Email support@oglevel.com with your order or transaction reference and the email address you used. We will re-issue access manually, usually within one business day.

Delivery problems are always fixable. If access did not reach you, contact support and we will issue it manually. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing works.

06 Technical requirements

Because Oglevel is a digital platform, delivery only counts as successful if your device meets the platform's stated requirements — a modern browser and a stable internet connection. Requirements are listed on each product page.

Please check the requirements before purchasing. An environment that does not meet the stated requirements is not a delivery failure on our part, though our support team will still do their best to help you get running.

07 Updates and re-downloads

While your plan is active, you can access and re-download your saves at any time from your account.
Updates released during your active period are delivered through the same channel at no extra cost.
If you lose access to your account, contact support and we will help you recover it.
Once a plan expires or is cancelled, access to the platform ends at the end of the paid period.

08 Regions and currency

Our digital products are available worldwide, wherever access is lawful. Since nothing ships physically, there are no regional shipping restrictions, customs charges, or import duties.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes such as VAT or GST are added where required by law. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fee, which is outside our control.

09 Failed or pending payments

Delivery only begins once payment is confirmed. If a payment is pending, delivery is held until it clears. If a payment fails or is reversed, access is not issued, or is withdrawn if it was already granted.

You will be notified by email in either case, and you can retry the purchase at any time.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our delivery process changes. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
